I happened upon a baby deer.

How precious. I hope it wasn’t abandoned :-)
The mother was across the field. When I came back through the young doe was gone from that spot.
How adorable, I live watching the young ones here but its been years since I was so close to one.
That was the closest I’ve ever been to one that young. Once a huge buck jumped across the trail in front of me. We were both very startled.
Oh how sweet.
There’s something we don’t see here :) Cheers for sharing it with us all :)
